“I can’t find my way out of this trench,” they said.
She smiled.
“Then I will come and sit in it with you.”

My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to explore their feelings and experiences. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, which means I draw on a variety of techniques and theories to tailor my approach to the unique needs of each individual. Whether it's using Cognitive Behavioral techniques to address unhelpful thinking patterns, using Acceptance Commitment Therapy to help Clients approach their difficulties with compassion and curiosity, using Accelerated Resolution Therapy to provide healing for “stuck” traumatic memories, using Psychodynamic concepts to dig into past wounds, or teaching self-regulation and DBT skills to better manage physiological symptoms, I am always looking to implement the most effective ways to help my clients. I’m a big believer in focusing on both the past and the present - seeking to identify potential roots while also providing practical tools to help you move toward your therapeutic goals.
I have been working in the mental health field for over 17 years and have experience working with adults and teens who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, life changes, religious trauma, relational struggles, and more.
